Overview of how PromoNow helped build Kärcher's 'Wash & Win' promotion

Kärcher wanted a promotion that would encourage purchase and thank their customers for choosing Kärcher products.
To engage audiences and create memorability, Kärcher wanted to gamify the experience.
For the expected number of entrants, Kärcher would also need an extensive and reliable prize management and distribution system that makes it easy for participants to claim and redeem their prizes.
This system would be for both gift-with-purchase redemptions and the winning moments prizes.

With our expert team, the PromoCreate and PromoGames modules, a complete, simple, yet engaging gamification and microsite, were deployed as part of the ‘Wash & Win’ promotion.
Using the PromoNow ‘Wash & Win’ Dashboard, it was possible to also track entries, customer response, data, and behaviours – allowing for a better understanding of customers and anticipating needs.

Kärcher’s ‘Wash & Win’ promotion was a major success, with thousands of entrants and prizes given away and a high satisfaction rate from participants.
The promotion received award recognition at the 2025 IPM Awards, winning gold for Best Incentive and/or Prize Promotion and silver for the sector, Household Products and Service.
